Our partner, Regina Maria, has implemented the roomio app 7 clinics in Bucharest, Cluj, and Bacau, using approximately 200 screens. The module is developed specifically for clinics, hospitals and other healthcare services providers and integrates with the clinic's scheduling system for each physician. The data are imported from the internal system, together with the doctor's program, specialty and picture. Also, the application offers the possibility to use the screens to display various announcements and informative or advertising materials, which can be studied by patients while waiting for the examinations.
For Crowne Plaza we have developed a special module, dedicated to the hotel industry. The solution offers the possibility of personalized display, managed by the client, of various interesting information for the guests. You can display special offers for the restaurant or spa, the exchange rate, the program of the restaurant or the gym, and any other details that you want to communicate. The images can be different for each screen, while offering the ability to display specific different branding elements for each hosted event.
Carrefour was the beneficiary of the first implementation of roomio solution in Romania. The eSolutions team developed the meeting room booking application for Carrefour in 2015. The app integrates with calendar systems (Microsoft Exchange / G Suite) and Active Directory and offers users the ability to schedule meetings while booking the corresponding meeting rooms without any extra effort. Participants will receive notifications with all the details of the event and any change in the program, after the creation of the event, will be automatically sent to them. Also, scheduling changes are displayed in real-time on the screens at the entrance to each room, and also on the centralizing screen in the reception area, roomio integrating seamlessly with Samsung's digital signage solutions, chosen by the client.
